Cooling Castle Barn - Hotel Booking System

Cooling Castle Barn are a well established and popular wedding and events venue based in Cooling just outside of Rochester. As their ever expanding service to their guests they provide luxury hotel accommodation.

Hotel bookings have been taken online for a number of years, however, the system needed to be rewritten for added functionality and integration with their wedding planner and CRM systems.

A short turn around was needed, so work was started in planning and implementation of the new system. Within a few weeks the site was launched, a welcome improvement for staff and guests.

Management for the system was integrated to their custom built customer relationship management system (also built by GWT Media) which allowed staff to organise all aspects of guests stay and follow through to event management. Custom reports were also included for housekeeping staff and management teams.
