Cooling Castle Barn, provide wedding and events at their picturesque location near Rochester. After looking at the market, there seemed to be no products that fitted their needs for customer and event management to the level they required.

After consultation with Cooling Castle Barn, looking at their business requirements and needs, GWT Media proposed a bespoke system for management of the required roles.

The system required needed to be multifaceted to deal with the different types of events and customers that Cooling Castle Barn deals with. They also wanted to provide added benefit to their customers, by providing them a system to manage their event personally, tailoring it to their requirements.

Combined with administration and reporting, we delivered a full bespoke management system for Cooling Castle Barn. With features for managing different event types including civil ceremonies, parties and christmas events. We also provide on going maintenance for the system, as business needs change and added features are required.
