Sage PDF Printer and Windows 7

Windows 7 has been with us for over three months now, and many are making the move to it. We don't blame people, as from what we have seen so far we are very impressed and are now recommending it as the preferred Windows OS.

However, as with all new operating systems there are inevitably a few software packages and drivers that are not fully compatible upon first release. This is true of Sage's PDF printer, which may prompt some to hold fire on upgrading their accounting machines until such time a update is released.

Of course this will only effect those that use the Sage PDF functions to produce electronic copies of statements, invoices and alike. Also we cannot fault the latest copies of Sage's software for working with Windows 7 operating system, apart from this small glitch.

After speaking to a member of the Sage support team we were assured that a update would be available soon and were currently waiting for an signed update of the Amyuni PDF converter to be released to them.
